Towards the end of last month, I read a status update from my Uncle Matthew who is Pastor of King's Church in Medway. His status championed the launch of his church’s new website and encouraged his Facebook connections to visit. Except that when I did, I wasn’t enthused by what I saw. After I put across my point of view he agreed with my assessment and accepted my invitation to review the current site and work with him and his team to start again - pretty much from the ground up.

Purchase on Amazon »I have been in the rather fortunate position of having worked for two of London's biggest advertising agencies, JWT and (currently) Archibald Ingall Stretton - on projects for some the worlds biggest brands; O2, EDF Energy, Shell, Vodafone, Asda, Skoda, Rimmel London, Kelloggs, Nestle, Nokia, and HSBC, to name a few.
From traditional television ads, direct mail and press ads a whole new world of digital marketing has grown expotentially over the past few years and I've been quietly beavering away in the background bringing to life those creative idea's brainstormed in boardrooms and barstools all over Knightsbridge and Soho.
Websites, Microsites, CMS sites, Wordpress sites, html email newsletters, Facebook Apps, You Tube Channels, all part of a day in the life of a front-end website developer!
There are plenty of reasons why I haven't showcased any of my agency projects on this site, mainly as I am a small cog in a big wheel and I wouldn't want to be seen as taking any of the credit. If you want to see some of the work I have done, email me, and I will send you a long list of URL's.
However, there have been the odd occasions when someone has asked for a little helping hand. Here are some of my more personal projects, websites I have built in the spare time between work, the Gills and looking after the little man.
